Rooted in Customer Service

Founded in October 2005, First Care Ambulance was built as a customer-focused ambulance provider delivering dependable emergency and non-emergency medical transportation. Our teams are committed to professional, compassionate care and strong community relationships. In October 2025, First Care was acquired by Ambulance Management Services (AMS), strengthening operations through new ambulances, upgraded equipment, refreshed uniforms, and modernized processes to better support patients and crews.

Expanding Horizons

With AMS support, First Care expanded its service capabilities and geographic reach across Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio. This growth enhanced operational efficiency while allowing First Care to maintain the personalized service and responsiveness that defined its early success.
